Rugby Champs come out on top...this time for their window dressing skills.

Double champions Neath Rugby have scooped yet another award in 2008, after coming first in Neath festivals Window Dressing Competition.

Neath Rugby retail staff spent last week dressing their shop window in Old Market St using the summer holiday theme and packed their display with gorgeous On Fire, Weird Fish and Joules summer clothing, which have recently been launched in their retail store.

The window featured cocktails, travel guides and beach bags to get everyone in the mood for their summer hols.

The store beat off stiff competition from fellow Neath retailers to clinch 1st prize & Neath Rugby players and staff were invited to the official opening of this years Neath festival at Neath Town Hall on Monday to clinch their well deserved cash prize.

Neath Rugby's Commercial Manager Deenna Barton commented:

"The summer holiday theme gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase our new lifestyle range, and let the community of Neath know our retail outlet is about much more than just sporting clothing.

After losing Gareth Jones so tragically two weeks ago we are delighted to come away with the cash prize which we will be paying directly into the trust fund that has been set up for his three young children."

Gareth's moto was to always live for the day and take every opportunity life throws at you. We are taking this literally and have exiting plans to really liven up the "Neath" brand and the shopping experience in the town.

We will expand our store and bring in more fashion and lifestyle clothing to help make our customers feel and look fab. September will see the final transformation of the store when we will launch with a new name, extended floor space and a whole host of new stock ready for the Autumn/Winter seasons."

To celebrate our success we will be hosting a summer party on Friday and Saturday (4th & 5th July) at The Welsh All Blacks Store where we will be treating our customer to free cocktails and cup cakes.
